CONTEST TERMS

1. Contest Overview

Participants must crack the secret password on the Cheelizza website and submit it as a comment on the official contest post on Cheelizza’s social media platform.
Participants must also follow Cheelizza’s official account on the same platform to be eligible.
One winner will be chosen to win the Cheelizza Unlimited Pass, which entitles them to free pizzas for 12 (twelve) consecutive months.

Open to residents of India only.
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Cheelizza, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The contest begins on 8th of September and ends on 8th of October, both dates inclusive (“Contest Period”).
Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be considered.

Visit the Cheelizza website to crack the secret password.
Submit the cracked password as a comment on the official contest post.
Ensure you are following Cheelizza’s official account on the same platform.
Only one entry per participant will be considered. Multiple entries from the same participant will not increase chances of winning.

The winner will be selected at random from valid entries, subject to verification.
Cheelizza reserves the right to validate the entry (including checking if the participant follows the official account).
The winner will be announced in a few days after the contest ends via Cheelizza’s official social media handle(s).
The winner must respond within 7 days of announcement, failing which Cheelizza may select an alternate winner.

One winner will be chosen to win the Cheelizza Unlimited Pass, which entitles them to free pizzas for 12 (twelve) consecutive months.
Only one pizza can be redeemed per day by the winner at any of the participating Cheelizza outlets across India.
Pizzas must be of regular menu items (customizations, add-ons, and premium toppings may be chargeable).
Dine-in and takeaway are allowed.
The pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Unused monthly pizza entitlements cannot be carried forward.

Cheelizza reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses unfair means, provides incorrect information, or engages in spamming, offensive, or inappropriate behavior.
Cheelizza reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest or T&Cs at its sole discretion without prior notice.
By participating, you grant Cheelizza the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Cheelizza shall not be responsible for technical issues (such as internet disruptions, system errors, or server downtime) that may prevent participation.

Cheelizza shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participating in this Contest or by acceptance/use of the Prize.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Cheelizza, its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising out of or connected with the Contest.

This Contest is subject to the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
